Can we start a campaign to help solving the crime wave that is affecting Mexico? Mexico has become the country with more kidnaps in the world, we have a very corrupt government and police, a society that is divided, a society with one of the richest men in the world (Carlos Slim who was the richest man in the world for a while) and some of the poorest. Please help me do something for my country. I think that some media pressure can help improve things. PLEASE!!!

Have we been able to set some actions on a global action through: Popular Educational "Public Forum Theater" done by Augusto Boal Paulo Friere notion of Pedagogy impacting government would encompass the global with others such as: bread and puppets, guerilla theater, etc. A Theatre of the Oppressed Day around the global just like the handshake of the Dali Lama. A Collective Action.

First of all I would like to tell you that the work you're doing is magnificient. I'm happy to be part of something so great and I believe our voice is heard through your (and with that our) cations. I'm responding to every mail (sorry, I just missed this about photo handshaking, but OK), but I usually don't use my e-mail list to pass the info over. Instead of this I've "invented" hopefully more efficient way (hope I'm allowed to do this this way though) and I'm using my MSN space http://tatjanap.spaces.live.com for passing every invitation and message from you which I get through e-mail there. I want to allert all the people of this world that something is neccessary to be done so we could have better, peaceful and secure World for all and

What we need is another world and together we can get it. We vote people who won't speak for us. The future of a whole world is made in a few hours by the presidents we elect. WE have the power and it's in OUR hands. Don't you think it's time to change this dramatic situation?
Theano, Greece

Dear Avaaz, I think you are going a great job. I recently received an action email on the world food crisis. I believe that to solve this crisis, people have to grow food at or close to where they live. This is possible, anywhere in the world, with good design. Please have a look at Permaculture or look at Bill Mollison, the originator of permaculture on U-tube. There are some good ones like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sohI6vnWZmk&fe ature=related and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= W15RRvKyJSk good luck, Tamara

Ajay, I don't think buddhist monks attack people in gangs! Buddhism is basically the opposite of what you described. You should be proud your country has the kindness to help those poor people.

Do you think world can live in peace? You are living in dream that never come true aspetialy now with Muslims. Human nature aspetialy religion fanats is to fight and kill. We are predators and the nasty one's. We destroy all arround us. And no one can change it. Always tryed always failed.

Hi ! I am writing on behalf of the Free Tibet Team Japan. They are doing a petition to invite the Dalai Lama to meet the Chinese government in the upcoming G8 in Japan. It would be nice, if you could add their petition online on your website. I find it deeply troubling that the organ harvesting atrocities in China are not being adequately addressed by the international communtiy. If this kind of horrific and utter disregard for human life isn't brutality at its worst, it's certainly in the running. I sincerely hope that Avaaz will look into the matter and expose this horrendous savagery. Please refer to website: http://www.organharvestinvestigation.net
