Special courts for rhino poachers, smugglers, syndicates and kingpins

There are too many postponements of court cases. The Judges are too lenient, bail should never even be a subject, no bail straight to jail , all the police efforts, resources and time are wasted in the anti poaching units that bring their side to get them to court, only to be let out on bail to clear their tracks or to skip the country.
Minister we strongly suggest you put the experts on rhino prosecuting and Judges in a team to bring down the full might of the law on these scavengers of Africa.
