The Energy Minister of Ontario, Presently Chris Bentley, Prime Minister. Stephen Harper

This petition is important because it cuts to the very heart of Privacy, Constitutional Rights, Health and Personal Safety. Issues that affect all Canadians and in fact every Citizen around the World, because if we continue to allow Corporations to dictate to Governments and overrule the Law in favour of themselves over the Constitution, then quite frankly we`re sunk!
