My belief is that sentient beings deserve their own line of protection in the Millenium Declaration (linked with Cambridge Declaration but OFFICIALLY) and that good governance around the world, in UN member states, all follow a set guideline for improvements in animal trade welfare, animal welfare education, harsher penalities for abuse Trees and oceans and forests have protection in this document.
