Regional District Kitimat-Stikine and BC Provincial Court

The Thornhill Dog Pound is not a Long Term care facility and is nothing short of GOVERNMENT SANCTIONED ANIMAL CRUELTY. Thornhill Dog Control and the Regional District refuse to grant bail under any conditions.
