EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT: SAY NO TO A COMMISSION WITH ONLY 9 WOMEN OUT OF 28

We ask the European Parliament to SAY NO to the current European Commission project with only 9 women out 28 Commissioners.

The Parliament has thte power to do so. The Parliament will have to accept or to refuse, on the 23rd of October, the composition of the Commission.

Today the project includes only 9 women out of 28, the same number as in the previous Commission. Many articles underline it is a great success as only 2 women were proposed by the member states during the first round of negociations held by Jean Claude JUNCKER. This result cannot be considered as a success. If nothing changes, the Commission will be gender balanced in 2060.

Therefore it is vital to sign this petition and ask your friends, your colleagues to do so.

Our goal is strictly to enforce the legitimate rights of women in Europe.
