Ban hydrofracking in New York State, US

Gov Cuomo of NYS has declared Jan 11, 2013 as a cutoff date for public comment on the issue of hydrofracking in NYS & has said he will announce a decision one month later on whether or not to lift the current moratorium on fracking in the state. Hydrofracking is immensely toxic anywhere to air, water, & soil; hydrofracking in NYS will result in irreparable pollution by synthetic and naturally occurring toxins including radioactive & carcinogenic materials of major river systems (Hudson & Delaware) that flow through farmland into the Atlantic Ocean by NYC.
